Corporate and Group Training

Our workshops comprise health education, practices that train attention and focus, guidelines on creating supportive social and physical environment, integration of resilience building with the organization's structure and linkage to related programs. Our goal is to increase the proportion of employees who participate in employer sponsored health promotion activities.

Participants will complete an online Resilience Diagnostics Survey Assessment which allows one online assessment prior to the workshop and another online follow-up assessment three months post-program.

Its purpose is to engage everyone in constructive, collaborative conversation and activity help them identify a process for growth and change that is individualized and uniquely tailored to them.
