Our Approach

Instead of typical meditation and fitness programs, we focus on movement as embodied imagery to:

  • reset the nervous system, restores inner balance, enhances resilience to stress, and increases people's vitality, equanimity, and capacity to actively engage in life
  • help people feel their emotions, understand nonverbal signals, empathize and understand the nonverbal communication of others

We also offer a family of practices that train attention and awareness with the aim of fostering different dimensions of resiliency:

  • Kinesthetic Intelligence: mindfulness, mindfulness in motion, feeling the earth, expressing confidence, leading/following, reading nonverbal communication
  • Mindful Self Compassion: Meditation, Qi gong, Tai Qi, Yoga
  • Guided Imagery: multi-modal imagery, art therapy, music therapy, drama therapy, poetry therapy, dance movement therapy, expressive arts therapy, creative and improvisation, narrative therapies
  • Practicing Gratitude
